Erie Contracting offers it’s expertise in general contracting and hazardous waste removal; including certifications for asbestos abatement, lead abatement and lead remediation.

Transforming an existing historic school into apartments, Muldoon Gardens, built in 1913, now offers 31 affordable housing units for local seniors aged 55 and older. Upholding the building's historic character and significance was paramount throughout the rehabilitation process, guided by directives from the National Park Service and the State Historic Preservation Office.
