Owner and President

Trisha Nowak, the president of E. Contracting Inc. (DBA Erie Contracting), oversees all business operations with a strong passion for excellence. Since 1999, Trisha has been instrumental in steering Erie Contracting to success and is certified as a NYS WBE business. She emphasizes trust, personal relationships, and the importance of having well-trained professionals on-site to ensure smooth project execution. Trisha’s effective communication with Superintendents ensures projects meet high-quality standards and customer expectations. Her business model prioritizes quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service, reflecting her dedication to customer care and valuing work families.

Timothy Prouty

Senior Project Manager

Tim Prouty brings over 30 years of construction experience, with 20 years as a Project Manager at Erie Contracting since 2005. His responsibilities include budget planning, scheduling for contractors, project development with architects/engineers, materials management, and ensuring legal compliance and safety standards.

Michael Bartels

Project Manager

Mike Bartels has been with Erie Contracting since 2006, and brings 32 years in construction experience to our team. He handles job bidding/estimating, material procurement, and logistics coordination for our projects. He collaborates closely with our teams to ensure timely work and quality craftsmanship, while also prioritizing safety and environmental certifications.

Lisa Dzwigal

Administrative Manager

Since 2019, Lisa has been managing pre and post-contract requirements, oversees hazardous materials coordination, and equipment rentals. She is also responsible for payroll, benefits, and accounts payable/receivable.

Chester Case

Wood Shop Supervisor

Chester joined Erie Contracting in 2019. He heads our wood shop with almost 4 decades of experience, ensuring everything done is of quality.
