The Miller Building project involves the conversion of a vacant downtown Rochester structure into 24 transitional housing apartments. Comprising 13 studio apartments and 11 one-bedroom units, the redevelopment also includes essential amenities on the ground floor, such as a lobby, office, meeting spaces, laundry facilities, and a community room for residents. Given its location in the historically significant Bridge Square Historic District, the undertaking required close cooperation with the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) to uphold preservation standards and historical integrity.
