Our responsibilities span various crucial tasks throughout the construction process. We handle the unloading, stocking, and distribution of all construction materials, meticulously tracking inventory to prevent any delays. During demolition, we methodically remove and dispose of existing flooring, cabinetry, interior doors, and compromised drywall, making necessary adjustments to accommodate HVAC and plumbing needs.
In rough carpentry, we specialize in installing new subflooring and blocking within walls for grab bars, bath accessories, and cabinets. We prioritize fire safety by applying rockwool insulation, fire caulking penetrations, and installing fire-rated wall assemblies as required.
Transitioning to finish carpentry, our expertise includes installing interior doors, hardware, casings, trim profiles, kitchen cabinets, appliances, bathroom accessories, and window blinds. For ADA units, we manage the demolition of existing walls, framing for new layouts, and ensure compliance with inspection standards.
Similarly, in standard units, we install interior doors, hardware, ADA cabinetry, and bathroom accessories, always prioritizing accessibility requirements. Lastly, we excel in installing approximately 400 vinyl replacement windows, complete with exterior flashing and interior trim work, ensuring top-notch quality and safety standards throughout the project.
