The scope of our work encompassed various tasks, including asbestos/mold and lead abatement, along with the demolition of existing interior walls, ceilings, and floors. We also installed a new roof and salvaged, refurbished, and reinstalled existing wood windows. Furthermore, we meticulously salvaged and refurbished historic casings, baseboards, doors, built-in cabinets, and other original items from the building. Additionally, we installed new millwork and replaced doors/frames and hardware.
